1. General

Shofonera provides kids furniture and related products for customers in Cairo and Giza, Egypt.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time.

Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

3. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Shofonera reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.

4. Deposits & Payments

Some orders may require a deposit through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash to confirm the order.

The remaining balance may be paid upon delivery, where applicable.

Deposits for custom-made products are non-refundable once production has started.

5. Custom Orders

Products customized in size, color, or design are made specifically for the customer.

Customized products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and delivery location.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Warranty

Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, or damage caused by the customer are not covered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Shofonera and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shofonera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
