At Shofonera, we strive to provide high-quality kids furniture designed with care and safety in mind. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed after paying the required deposit through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
2. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of confirmation, provided that production has not started.
Once production or customization begins, deposits become non-refundable.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The delivered product is different from the ordered item.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
4. Custom-Made Products
Customized products, including custom colors, sizes, or designs, cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
6. Delivery Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect the product upon delivery before completing payment.
